Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find the right size for my Deivi clothing?

Our sizes are based on usual EU sizes. Since sizes and measurements sometimes vary between different retailers, we recommend that you use our size chart. You can find this in the product description of your Wusch product. This will ensure that you order the correct size. 😊

Can I return my goods?

Of course, you can return the unused goods to us 30 days after receiving your products and you will receive the full purchase price back. The shipping costs for the return must be borne by the customer.

Do I pay shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is always free. Shipping is free worldwide for orders over €60. For an order value under €60, shipping costs outside Germany are €4.50.

What electricity is used to produce Deivi clothing?

Often it is the little things that make up the big picture. That's why it's important to us to pay attention in detail to how we can protect our environment. We therefore only use environmentally friendly electricity from 100% renewable energy from MONTANA Energie . The energy supplier, which is certified according to the TÜV SÜD Standard QED, has various awards, including being a top “green electricity provider” (DtGV) and test winner of the “Green Electricity Provider Nationwide” (DISQ). The use of renewable energies conserves fossil resources and reduces CO2 emissions compared to coal-fired power plants. Furthermore, the creation of radioactive waste products and possible accidents in nuclear power plants are prevented.

What makes Deivi clothing sustainable?

We are aware of our ecological responsibility and therefore pay attention to particularly sustainable production. Among other things, we source green electricity from renewable energies for our production, use water-saving DTG printing machines and environmentally friendly printing inks. All products are printed in Germany and sent directly to the customer. With our organic products we offer sustainably and fairly produced textiles. In addition, we always only produce once an order has been received in order to avoid unnecessary goods. Sustainability is in line with the Taoist philosophy, and this is our daily inspiration.

Why can new clothes smell like vinegar before the first wash?

Your newly ordered Deivi goods may initially smell slightly of vinegar. This is because we only use organic dyes for our screen prints. These generally initially have a vinegary smell, but this disappears with the first wash.

What materials are our Deivi clothing made of?

The majority (all t-shirts and all tank tops) of our range is clothing made from 100% cotton (organic quality, ring-spun, combed). This ensures that the clothing is comfortable to wear and feels pleasantly soft on the skin. This also makes our clothing vegan and ecological. Some of our garments are made from a composition of 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester. This composition is only necessary for thicker textiles, such as the organic sweatshirt and hoodie. For the sake of the environment, we only use organic inks that are biodegradable and do not contain any chemicals for screen printing on our garments.

Our renowned Stanley/Stella textile manufacturer from Belgium places particular emphasis on sustainable and fair production. For this reason, it has the strictest eco certificates and seals on the market, which apply to the entire product
Extend production chain. A selection of our textile manufacturer's certifications:

How do we package our products?

Our shipping is plastic-free! Millions of tons of plastic end up in the ocean every year, putting unnecessary strain on our environment. When it comes to shipping packaging, plastic-free paper alternatives represent an environmentally friendly alternative. That's why we only use plastic-free paper shipping packaging.

Almost all Deivi clothing is made from 100% organic cotton and is therefore a natural and organic product. To ensure that you enjoy it for a long time, we recommend that you follow the following common tips:

- Do not use a tumble dryer.

- When ironing: Turn the textile inside out beforehand and do not iron over the printed surface.

- Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear the textile!
